Kordas restaurant
It is by no accident that we chose to name our restaurant after our father. What George Karamolegos and Kordas Restaurant have in common is that they are both Kamari trademarks: our father has been a pioneer in Santorini’s tourism development for decades and our eatery stands out as a locals’ and visitors’ favorite, right from its opening in 2017. Free parking space is also available for its guests.
Centrally located on Kamari’s waterfront, Kordas restaurant serves carefully prepared dishes of creative Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Our lunch and dinner menus are based on fresh produce and feature a great selection of local wines. The island’s volcanic soil produces some unique varieties of vegetables, legumes and wines that will give you a taste to remember. Kordas restaurant, highly rated by our guests, is the ideal place to discover what Santorini food is all about.

Nikos Pouliasis, a self-taught chef, created the legendary "Koukoumavlos" restaurant in 1990 in Santorini. His fame was soon spread everywhere through extensive articles and reports in many magazines and newspapers around the world. For the last six years he has been awarded the "Golden Hat" as one of the best restaurants in Greece. Nikos Pouliasis presents a work with distinguished personal characteristics that touches creatively all the kitchens of the world. We are honored to share his passion with you!
